August 2011 marked the start of a 5 year commitment from Investec – as principal partner – for the England & GB Women’s Hockey team. The sponsorship covers all of the major events and development programmes related to the sport in the UK. These include the London Cup, Quicksticks, Women’s Hockey League and GB and England competitions.
The Investec London Cup will be held at The Quentin Hogg Memorial Ground, University of Westminster Sports Ground, Chiswick on the 5-10 June, 2012. The ground will play host to Great Britain and some of the world’s biggest hockey stars from The Netherlands, Germany, Australia, South Africa and Ireland. Great Britain’s recent achievements include silver medals in the Champions Trophy and Cordoba Four Nations, this is a fantastic opportunity to watch and support Great Britain for the last time before they enter the Olympics.
