During our 18 month program you will experience both the Operations and Front Office areas of Investec Specialist Bank, through a range of placements. The placements vary in structure ranging from specific job roles through to business project roles. Continual assessment, support and guidance are provided from across the Bank. During the course of your placements you will be encouraged to network with front office teams with a view to joining one of these teams permanently at the end of the graduate programme.
